Planned equipment care · Bangladesh
Running a gym means keeping track of a lot of machines. A maintenance agreement should make the visit plan, equipment checks and extra costs clear before work begins.
Visit dates, included work, labour, parts and call-out terms are agreed case by case. No fixed AMC package is assumed.
01 / Start with the machine list
For a gym maintenance contract in Bangladesh, we would first need to know what is at your site. A busy commercial gym may have many types of equipment, each with its own care schedule.
If a cable, guard or other part is unsafe, stop using that machine until it is assessed. A planned visit is not a reason to keep using damaged equipment.

02 / Proposed visit tasks
These are examples to discuss, not a statement that every task is included. The exact list depends on the machine manuals and the written offer.
| Equipment | Possible checks | Record or next step |
|---|---|---|
| Treadmills & cardio | Visible belt and deck wear, frame condition, controls, stop features and basic operation, where safe and model-appropriate. | Record condition, faults found and any separate repair needs. |
| Strength & cable machines | Cable and pulley condition, fasteners, guide rods, handles, seat pads and guards. | Note wear and unsafe parts; confirm what needs repair or replacement. |
| Site & records | Model list, reported symptoms, access constraints and agreed cleaning or care tasks. | Log the visit date, work completed and pending owner approvals. |
The gym operator still needs its own routine checks and cleaning between visits. Use each manufacturer's manual for the correct intervals and methods.
03 / Avoid grey areas
A gym equipment AMC is not the same as an unlimited repair warranty. Before agreeing to any plan, both sides should know what is covered and what requires a fresh approval.
This is a discussion guide, not Gym Servicing BD's issued contract or legal terms. Final coverage must be written and approved by both parties.
04 / Working process
Send models, quantity, site and known faults. Photos help with a first review.
Discuss care tasks, exclusions, access and the type of report needed.
Confirm the visit cadence and any call-out or response terms in writing.
Record what was inspected, work done and repairs needing approval.

05 / Quotation basis
A fair quote starts with the job, not a guessed monthly rate. The cost may change with the number and type of machines, current condition, location, planned visit count and the labour needed.
Parts, major repairs and urgent call-outs should be priced or excluded clearly. A site review may be needed before a full quote can be made.
Send an inventory or a short walk-through video. We can use it to discuss whether an AMC proposal is feasible; availability and terms must be confirmed.
Read the separate gym maintenance budget guide for planning tips, rather than a fixed contract price.
06 / Reporting
For an agreed contract, ask how each visit will be documented. It should be easy to see which machines were checked, what work was done and what still needs action.
Use the separate gym maintenance log guide for practical recordkeeping between service visits.
Start with your machine list
Tell us where the gym is, how many machines you have and what care you want covered. We'll need to confirm capacity and the written scope before a maintenance contract can be offered.

Need a one-time repair instead? Start with the equipment service options. Looking for a component? See the spare parts hub.
Before you enquire
Not automatically. Parts, fitting and major repairs need to be listed as included or quoted separately in the written agreement.
The schedule must be agreed after reviewing the equipment, usage and site needs. There is no published fixed visit frequency or response time for this draft service.
Compatibility and service capacity need checking first. Send the machine list and model details so any limits can be discussed before a quote.
Need help with a treadmill, exercise bike or strength machine? Share the machine model and the issue so we can discuss the next step.
