Gym Cycle Replacement Pedals

Need a new pedal or a broken foot strap replaced? The right part must match your bike's crank, thread size and side. Send your model and a few photos to ask about matching options in Bangladesh.

Photos show example parts, not confirmed stock. Supply and price depend on the exact part and model.

Choose the right part

Is it the pedal, or only the strap?

The worn piece matters. These are part types to identify, not a live stock list.

01

Pedal pair

For a worn or damaged left-and-right set. Ask for the exact shaft thread size and crank fit.

02

One side only

If one pedal is broken, tell us whether it is the left or right side when seated on the bike.

03

Exercise bike pedal straps

A broken strap may not need a full pedal. Check its slots, buckle, length and pedal shape first.

Compatibility guide

A similar-looking pedal can still be the wrong fit.

Keep the bike off and still. Look for these details before you ask for gym cycle replacement pedals.

Bike model
A clear photo of the model label or manual helps narrow down the part.
Thread
Common threaded pedal shafts include 9/16-inch and 1/2-inch. Some cycles use other systems. Do not guess.
Left / right
Pedals are side-specific. On typical threaded pedals, the left side uses a reverse thread.
Foot strap
Match the strap holes, catch and shape, not just the colour or width.

If the crank thread is stripped or the pedal wobbles at its mount, have a qualified technician check the crank before buying a new pedal.

Check the machine

The crank arm decides what fits.

Home exercise bikes, upright gym cycles, recumbent cycles and spin bikes do not all use the same pedal.

Check the manual or the old part code where possible. The pedal spindle must match the crank's fitting and thread. A pedal with the wrong thread can damage the crank arm even if its body looks right.

Do not force the pedal into place. Left and right pedals often tighten in opposite directions. If the old thread is loose, bent or damaged, ask for a technician's review.

Prepare your request

Four photos can save a wrong order.

Share what you can on WhatsApp. No need to remove a pedal just to send an enquiry.

  1. The full bike and its brand or model label.
  2. The pedal that needs replacing, seen from above and from the side.
  3. The left or right marking and any readable part code.
  4. The strap fixing, or a clear view of the problem.

If the pedal is already removed, a clear spindle photo may help. A technician may still need to check the size and threads.

When a new pedal is not the whole answer

Clicking, play or a damaged crank?

A pedal that will not sit firmly

Stop using the bike if the pedal feels loose at the crank. You may need the exercise bike repair service, not just a new pedal.

Questions before ordering

Do all exercise bikes use 9/16-inch pedals?

No. Some use 1/2-inch threads or other pedal mounting systems. Confirm the size and machine model first.

Can I ask for a strap without the whole pedal?

Yes, you can enquire about a strap on its own. A matching part and availability must be checked from the pedal design and photos.

Can I fit a left pedal on the right?

Not on normal left/right threaded crank fittings. The sides use different thread directions, so check the markings before any installation.

How much will the pedal cost?

The quote depends on the exact design, size, part type and availability. Send the model and photos for a parts enquiry.
