Gym equipment replacement bolts, nuts & end caps
A missing frame bolt or broken end cap can stop a gym machine from being used. Share the machine model and clear part photos so you can check the right size, type and fit before buying.
Part images are examples, not live stock listings. Fit, sourcing, price and delivery need confirmation.
Small pieces. Very different jobs.
Gym machine nuts and bolts are not one-size-fits-all. The part must suit the joint, the load and the exact machine design.
This page focuses on machine fasteners and frame end caps. For cables, pulleys or other parts, start at the spare parts directory.
Frame bolts & screws
For bolted joints, brackets and machine covers. Head, thread, length and strength specification may differ.
Nuts & locking hardware
Hex nuts, locking nuts and related fittings. The original locking method matters as much as thread size.
Washers & spacers
Parts that help a joint sit as designed. Hole size, outer width and thickness need checking.
Plastic frame end caps
Square, round and other tube inserts. Measure the opening and check the cap profile, not just its outer face.

Looks close does not mean it fits.
A bolt may be the right length but have the wrong thread. A nut may screw on yet lack the lock style the machine needs. An end cap may look right from the front but not grip the tube.
Use the machine manual or its part code when you have it. For a worn or lost piece, photograph the matching joint without taking apart a loaded machine.
Keep the old part if it is safe to remove. Its shape can help with identification, but damage or wear may affect measurements.
Check the detail that changes the fit.
A photo is the first step. The original part number or the maker's specification is the stronger reference, especially for joints that carry weight.
| Part | What to confirm | What may go wrong |
|---|---|---|
| Replacement bolt | Machine part code, thread, length, head form and required strength grade. | A similar bolt may have the wrong thread or rating. |
| Nut or lock nut | Thread match and the same locking design used by the manufacturer. | A plain nut may not replace a locking nut safely. |
| Washer or spacer | Inside and outside size, thickness and its place in the joint. | A wrong spacer may change the joint's alignment. |
| End cap | Tube opening, shape, wall thickness and the way the insert grips. | The face can match while the insert stays loose. |
A good parts enquiry starts with four details.
You do not need to guess the bolt size. Send what you can see, and note what is missing.
- Machine brand and exact model, if shown on its label.
- Photo of the full machine and where the part belongs.
- Close photos of the part, joint or empty tube opening.
- Part code or clear measurements, if you have them.

A loose structural joint needs more than a quick swap.
Bolts on gym frames, moving arms and weight systems can be safety-critical. If a joint moves, a bolt is missing, or metal is cracked or bent, stop using the machine until a qualified technician checks it.
Do not choose a hardware-store substitute by appearance alone. Follow the machine maker's parts and fitting instructions, including any required strength and tightening specification.
If the issue needs work on the machine, see the equipment service options.
