Treadmill motor price in Bangladesh

Need a treadmill replacement motor? The right part depends on your treadmill model, motor rating, shaft and mounting layout. Share the details with Gym Servicing BD to ask about a matching motor, its price and sourcing options.

01 / Identify the part

This is the motor that moves the walking belt.

The drive motor turns the front roller through a drive belt on many treadmills. It is not the same part as the incline motor that lifts the deck.

The visible motor may look similar to others, but appearance is not proof of a match. The rating plate, connection type, shaft, pulley and fixing points must suit the machine and its controller.

Drive motorMoves the running belt; the motor and control system vary by model.
Incline motorChanges the deck angle. It is a different spare part and should be identified separately.
Motor controllerRegulates motor operation. A controller fault may cause symptoms that look like motor failure.

02 / Fit before price

Five details that help identify a replacement.

Motor labels and frame layouts can vary even when two treadmills look alike. Start with the machine’s model and part information; do not guess electrical ratings or buy on horsepower alone.

Motor matching checklist

01 · ModelTreadmill brand, full model code and the correct parts diagram if available.
02 · RatingPhoto of the original motor plate, including its voltage, current and rated power information.
03 · MountBase, bolt-hole positions, frame clearance and body size.
04 · ShaftShaft end, pulley profile, alignment and drive-belt interface.
05 · WiringConnector layout and the compatible motor-control system, checked by a technician.

You do not need to remove the motor just to send an enquiry. If a label is hidden under a cover, have a qualified technician identify it with the machine isolated. For rating definitions, see the treadmill motor HP guide.

03 / Installed position

The motor must match the space around it.

Even a motor with a similar power label may not align with the belt or fit the same brackets. Shaft height, pulley position, clearance and electrical control all matter.

  • Check the treadmill's exact model and any motor part number.
  • Ask whether the supplied motor includes a pulley or brackets.
  • Keep inspection and fitting model-specific; disconnect power before service.

04 / Price on request

What changes the motor quote?

There is no one safe treadmill motor price for every machine in Bangladesh. A useful quote starts with a correct part match and a check of current sourcing.

01 / Electrical

Motor specification

Motor type and the exact electrical ratings needed for the machine.

02 / Physical

Mounting & pulley

Motor body, fixing points, shaft, pulley and any included fittings.

03 / Sourcing

Part availability

Whether a verified compatible part can be sourced and its current cost.

Fitting & delivery

Any fitting, delivery or diagnostic work, if available and quoted separately.

Before you pay: confirm part number or approved alternative, total price, what is included, delivery terms and return conditions. Images here are illustrations, not an inventory listing.
05 / Avoid a wrong purchase

A stopped belt does not always mean a bad motor.

These are useful observations to report, not instructions to open or test live electrical parts. Stop using the machine if you notice burning smells, smoke or exposed wiring.

  • The display works, but the belt does not turnThe motor, controller, drive belt or another part may need testing.
  • The speed drops or the belt stops under useFriction, belt/deck wear, control issues or the motor may be involved.
  • There is new noise or a burning smellSwitch off and unplug if safe. Arrange an inspection before further use.
06 / Send the request

Have a model photo? Start there.

A few clear photos can help rule out an incorrect motor before any part is ordered.

  • Treadmill brand and full model number
  • Original motor label or part code, if accessible safely
  • Motor or mounting photos, if already available
  • A short note about the fault and your location
  • Whether you need a part only or wish to ask about fitting

Quick answers

Before you order a drive motor

Can I buy a motor based only on the HP number?

No. The motor type, electrical rating, physical mounting, shaft and controller match also matter. A peak HP label is not a complete part specification.

Is the drive motor the same as the incline motor?

No. The drive motor moves the walking belt. The incline motor raises or lowers the deck on machines with powered incline.

Do I need to remove the motor to ask for a price?

Not always. Start with the treadmill model and any motor part number. If further photos or measurements are needed, ask how they can be collected safely.

Does a quote include fitting or a return warranty?

Do not assume so. Confirm part availability, fitting charges, delivery and return or warranty terms for the specific order before payment.
